UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES

Theology Program

– Bible Diploma 32 Hours

– Associate of Theology 64 Hours

– Graduate of Theology 96 Hours

– Bachelor of Theology 128 Hours (20,000 word thesis required)

Christian Education Program*

– Christian Education Diploma 32 Hours

– Associate of Christian Education 64 Hours

*Students enrolling in the Christian Education program may earn a Bachelor or Master of Christian Education with the application of Life Experience, Transfer Credit or previous Christian Education Degree.

Note:  For all undergraduate diploma/degree programs, at least one half of the credit hour requirements must be earned at MBC. For example, if the student has 64 hours of transfer credit, or, is eligible to receive 64 Life Experience Credits, the student must complete 16 hours at MBC to receive the Bible Diploma, 32 hours must be earned at MBC to receive the Associate of Theology Degree, 48 hours must be earned at MBC to receive the Graduate of Theology Degree, and 64 hours must be earned at MBC to receive the Bachelor of Theology Degree.

 

GRADUATE STUDIES

– Master of Theology

Student must have an earned Bachelor Degree.

Student must complete 32 hours of coursework in addition to allowances for advance standing and transferred graduate level credit hours.

Student must complete a 30,000 word thesis for the Master of Theology Degree.

– Doctor of Theology

Student must have an earned Master’s Degree.

Student must complete 32 hours of coursework in addition to allowances for advance standing and transferred graduate level credit hours.

Student must complete a 50,000 word thesis for the Doctor of Theology Degree.
